E-mail: jing.li@doktorand.tu-freiberg.de

2. General information on data processing

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data-protection regulations and this privacy policy.

Use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on our pages, this is, where possible, always done on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is generally Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by All-Inkl (ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). When you visit our website, the hosting provider automatically stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits.

The servers are located exclusively in Germany. The hosting provider processes data on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

4. SSL encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address bar of your browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock icon in your browser bar.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

5. Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address (anonymised)

This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

6. Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided that your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you request deletion, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for the data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

7. Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device and saved by your browser. They do no damage and contain no viruses.

Some cookies are technically necessary and are set automatically to enable operation of the website (e.g. session cookies). These are stored on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Other cookies are only set with your express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can adjust or withdraw your cookie settings at any time via the corresponding link in the footer of the website.

8. Web analytics (WP Statistics)

This website uses WP Statistics, a privacy-friendly analytics plugin for WordPress. WP Statistics works completely cookie-free and stores all data exclusively on our own server (no third-party).

IP addresses are automatically anonymised (IP anonymisation). No personal data is transferred to third parties. The analysis is carried out exclusively to improve our website.

Use is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behaviour for optimisation purposes).

9. Your rights

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to:

  • Information about your personal data stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of incorrect personal data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure of your data stored by us (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing of your data (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Objection to the processing of your data (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Withdrawal of a previously given consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

To exercise your rights, you can contact the controller named above at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data. The competent supervisory authority is the Saxon Data Protection Commissioner.

10. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always meets current legal requirements or in order to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services. Your renewed visit will then be subject to the new privacy policy.
